My artist (and I use that term loosely) rendering of what I *think* the bathroom will end up looking like. We shall see. Granted, I think it will look slightly different in real life rather than a modified Excel spreadsheet, but you get the picture.

I love your rendition of the new bathroom. Are you taking out that built in cabinet too? I can't wait to see it when it's all done.
Yes, the built-in is getting ripped out! It has so much wasted space. This will be smaller, but more efficient. Plus it will make the bathroom seem bigger.
